This guide explains the complete purchase journey from the Natural Roots store — from browsing products to secure payment completion.

The order takes only a few minutes, and all you need to do is follow the five steps in order.

1 Browse Products and Choose the Right One

From the homepage or the "All Our Products" page, you can browse all hair and skin care products available in the store.

  • For each product: its image, name, and price are displayed.
  • Once you find the desired product, click on its image or name to go to its full details page.

2 View Product Details and Add to Cart

After entering the product page, you can view all its details before making a purchase decision:

  • Browse product images from different angles by navigating between the thumbnails below the main image.
  • Read the product name, price after discount, original price, and amount saved.
  • Specify the desired quantity in the "Quantity" field using the + or − button.
  • Click the "Add to Cart" button to add the product without leaving the page, or "Buy Now" to proceed directly to the checkout page.

3 Review Shopping Cart and Proceed to Checkout

Immediately after adding a product, the "Shopping Cart" sidebar automatically appears, containing:

  • The image of the added product, its name, and its price.
  • The option to modify the quantity (+ / −) or remove the product entirely via the "Remove" link.
  • The subtotal for the order value up to this point.

Click the "Complete Order" button to go directly to the shipping and payment information page, or the "View Cart" link to view the cart as a full page before proceeding.

4 Fill in Contact, Delivery, Shipping, and Payment Details

The Checkout page is the most important stop in the purchase journey and is divided into the following sections:

1) Contact Information

  • Email (required): Used to send order confirmation and shipping updates. You can also opt to receive news and offers via email.
  • Phone Number (required): A valid number for communication regarding the order and delivery process, with the option to save data for faster future purchases.

2) Delivery

Enter full shipping details: Country/Region (Qatar), First Name, Last Name, Detailed Address, Apartment/Building Number (optional), and City.

3) Shipping and Payment

  • Shipping: The store offers two options depending on the delivery area within Qatar, each with a different price. This section varies depending on the destination country.
  • Online Payment via Sadad QA: Accepts NAPS, Amex, Mastercard, Visa, and other cards, redirecting to the Sadad platform to complete the payment. It is an official Qatari payment platform, and your payment information is not stored in the store.
  • Cash on Delivery: Available only within Qatar.

4) Order Summary and Discount Code

  • Order Summary: Displays the added products with their images and prices.
  • Discount Code: You can enter a discount coupon (such as ROOTS10) in the "Discount code" field and then click "Apply" to apply it to the order.
  • Total and Payment: After calculating the subtotal and shipping cost, the final total appears, then click "Pay Now" to proceed to the payment gateway.

5 Online Payment via Sadad QA Platform

When you choose online payment and click "Pay Now", you will be automatically redirected to the Sadad QA platform's payment page to complete the transaction securely. The platform offers several payment methods:

  • Apple Pay — Fast payment via Apple devices.
  • Google Pay — Using a pre-registered card.
  • Sadad — Payment directly via Sadad wallet/account.
  • ATM Card — Using local ATM cards.
  • Credit Card (Visa / Mastercard) — By entering the cardholder's name, card number, security code (CVV), and expiry date.

After selecting the payment method and entering the required data, click the "Pay" button to complete the purchase.

Transaction Security: All transactions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL technology, and the platform is certified by PCI DSS, ISO, and McAfee Secure to ensure the highest levels of security.

✓ Concluding Notes and Tips

  • Ensure you enter a valid email address and phone number to receive order confirmation and shipping updates promptly.
  • If a discount code is available, enter it in the "Discount code" field and click "Apply" before completing the payment.
  • Shipping fees vary depending on the region within Qatar (nearby/distant areas) and also by country.
  • You can pay securely online via the Sadad platform — an official Qatari platform — and your payment details are not recorded on our site. You can also choose cash on delivery if you are within Qatar.
  • It is recommended to enable the "Save this information for next time" option to speed up future purchases.
